You would be working inside of our corporate and personal messaging account, communicating with leads as they message off our pageYou would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our instagram accountYour goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with our sales teamYou have the ability to earn a set hourly wage plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Engaging in our lead generation strategy on instagram during scheduled hours.
Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
Requirements:
High level of experience with instagram
Experience in customer service is a plus
Some experience in the health/fitness industry is also a plus but not mandatory
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must attend weekly team meetings
Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (eastern standard time est)
Must have reliable internet as this is a work from home position
Pay: usd $10-12 an hour plus $15 per close
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Job types: full-time, part-time, contract
Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
