Dto law (dtolaw.com) is a sophisticated boutique law firm with offices in los angeles, the sf bay area and seattleWe are seeking a collegial and highly motivated hybrid transactions paralegal to join our growing teamDto has a diverse transactional practice with a focus on commercial real estate finance, commercial and corporate real estate (purchase, sale, leasing), complex commercial lending transactions, workouts, insolvency and technology transactionsExperience in commercial real estate/commercial real estate finance requiredExperience with general corporate matters (corporate and llc formation and governance) a plusExperience with creditor’s rights a plus.
We are looking for paralegal candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experienceExcellent written and communication skillsThis is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain immediate and substantial client interaction and plenty of hands-on experience in a desirable environment.
