Our senior sales enablement instructor will help drive the efficiency and productivity of our govcon sales organization from onboarding to ongoing learning and developmentThat means ensuring that our existing sellers and new sales hires have everything that they need to be successful, by delivering a best in class on-boarding experience, easily accessible product knowledge and skill-building programs, and the tools, process, and materials required to execute a comprehensive sales cycle as defined within the role.
Work collaboratively with govcon sales, product marketing, marketing, and other internal business units to provide engaging content that supports the deltek global sales strategy and focus of executive leadership.
Responsible for identifying and using technology tools to deliver innovative and engaging training modalities that serve the unique skill requirements of the govcon sales teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant work experience
Knowledge of the government contractor marketplace
Knowledge of government contractor personas and functions (e.g., basic accounting principles)
Experience and/or exposure to the deltek costpoint software solution is strongly preferred
Experience and successful performance in a quota-carrying selling role are strongly preferred
Knowledge of salesforce, salesloft, and linkedin sales navigator strongly preferred
Knowledge of selling strategies and best practices in technology sales is strongly preferred
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs (and related courseware)
Passion for training and enablement with a focus on the sales professional and the customer
Strong presentation skills to engage audiences with varying degrees of subject matter expertise
Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
Ability to blend creativity and agility with practical project prioritization and delivery mindset
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Ability to identify and implement continuous process improvement
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Proficiency with microsoft office suite
