Job responsibilities
Human resources assistant
Administratively talented (you generate order)
Familiar with data organization and report generation (you draw out useful information)
Experience with ceridian dayforce and ms excel a significant plus
Terrific communicator in spoken and written word (you can communicate a point well remotely, as well as generate connection and warmth, without the benefit of face to face engagement)
Able to be successful alone (our hr team works remotelyIf you need to be around people to feel successful or comfortable, this is likely not for you)
A degree in hr, organizational psychology, organizational development, psychological statistics, or a certification in hr needed
Daytime hours - monday through friday - occasional weekends if needed
