Project overview
Develop conops and plans to achieve operating model change recommendations to stand up an enterprise service delivery capability that will deliver enabling support services through a working capital modelThe focus will be to define an it backbone to support this enterprise capability and develop a phased approach to integrating products and services into the service management model.
Responsibilities include:
The project execution specialist provides guidance and direction for implementing and managing change management related strategic communicationsSpecifically, he/she supports the enterprise change management capability with strategic communications products and services for the dcsa transformation program, including the dcsa operating model by:
Develop a high-level communications plan, tools, and processes to increase understanding of the change management activities and transformation projects
Support the implementation of a proven strategic planning capability that uses commercial best practices for monitoring progress the against the strategic plan’s goals and objectives
Leading project planning, to include the project vision and mission, work plans, staffing, financials, and risks
Recommending options or solutions that meet a client’s needs and desired functionality
Implementing operational systems, processes, and policies
Planning and defining the deliverable structure and content across multiple technologies
Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
Implementing practical solutions and methodologies
Applying quality standards to work products
Facilitate meetings
Developing innovation and efficiency to increase performance
Investigating problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
Development change management plans
Qualifications and experience
Education: minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or has equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
Must be able to obtain a secret level dod security clearance
Must have strong verbal skills and comfortable in senior and executive level presence.
Extremely strong executive presence and communication skills.
Very strong professional network.
Deep knowledge and experience with operational and organizational transformation.
Strong performance management and measurement background
Proven track record of leading process, operational and organizational improvement
Track record of successful client engagements or projects with high roi.
Oral presentation: this position requires candidate to have strong oral presentation skills
