The salesforce administrator will work with department stakeholders and is dedicated to ensuring the company is maximizing system efficiencies and better capitalizing on the features and benefits of salesforceMost importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
This is your opportunity to be a part of a process to establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure company-wide best practices in the crmMonitor, assess and report on salesforce system health and usageIdentify needed system improvementsPerform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, capacity, and storage managementBuild a deep understanding of organizational and functional priorities, challenges, etcInterpret needs across various business groups and translate to actionable functional and technical requirementsCommunicate and work alongside developer resources to build and qa test solutionsResearch, evaluate and recommend new features, applications or process changes to enhance the overall system and increase adoptionMonitor and maintain data quality within the marketing databaseWork with marketing on execution of member, client, prospect, and broker communication journeysWork collaboratively with departments to promote growth.
As a salesforce administrator your responsibilities will include:
Strong knowledge of salesforce administration
Maintains a positive attitude in the face of challenging or difficult situations
Shifting priorities in a constantly changing environment
Knack for forming productive working relationships in a highly decentralized, matrixed organization
Proficiency in microsoft office applications including word, excel and powerpoint excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills
Qualified candidates will have:
3- 5 years’ experience with a proven track record in salesforce administration
Salesforce certified administrator
Experience with apex coding, visualforce, lightning components, pardot, and marketing cloud a plus
Familiarity with data loader, testing and sandbox environments, security and permissions.
Experience with jira
Experience in the health insurance or benefits field preferred
