Our ideal senior sales recruiter is able to support our revenue organization in various activities, mainly related to hiring and recruitingIn this fast-paced and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to provide talent acquisition expertise to our offices in us and in canada, work in partnership with the revenue leadership and hr business partner, consult with our managers to help define needs and talent requirements, and develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver high caliber talent and timely results.

Report to: ta manager
You will:
Partner with the hrbp and srLeadership to ensure a collaborative effort in developing a strategic recruitment plan for each position.
Collaborate in the drafting of job descriptions.
Produce regular recruiting status reports for the ta manager and hiring managers to identify risk and strategic recruitment strategies to minimize the business impact
Create job postings and work with the hiring team to ensure job posting accurately reflects the duties and expectations of the position.
Post open positions in applicant systems, various job boards, and social networking sites.
Identify and source qualified candidates, both passive and active, and internal and external, by creative sourcing techniques to include networking, referrals, social media, job boards, alumni lists.
Be accountable for generating leads by leveraging relationships, referrals, social media networks, career fairs, cold calling, job boards, outreach events, and other emerging sourcing best practices
Source, screen and conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess qualification and discuss expectations of each position.
Collaborate on the offer process.
Support in employer branding activities such as building and communicating the company`s value proposition.
You have:
3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing recruiting in the saas industry.
Experience with outbound calls to help successfully source for the best candidates.
Previous experience sourcing candidates through a variety of techniques: direct sourcing, social networking, career fairs, etc.
A demonstrated ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with candidates/applicants, colleagues, and internal customers.
Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to articulate complex ideas into simple terms.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Ability to problem solve and influence at all levels of the organisation
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business priorities and needs
Demonstrated competence in supporting multiple projects simultaneously with a solid focus on results.
Familiarity with the unique requirements, challenges, and culture of sales and marketing saas environments.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Availability to travel 30%.
Bachelor`s degree preferred
