For the past 45 years we have provided top rated investment and economic research for investors world-wideOur founder has often been seen in the major, national media as an authority.
We have an opening for a seasoned and skilled writer in the investment/economic areaThe writer will be responsible for near-daily market commentary and analysis in addition to other projects with compensation to be mutually agreed onThis role will start as a part-time remote position.
The writer should have proven experience writing about the investment markets and the economy.
Qualifications:
Exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills
Thorough understanding and interest in the financial markets (ie: stocks, bonds, etf`s) and the global economies
Extensive experience in creating copy for all forms of research
Experience with excel
Must be detail oriented with ability to produce quality work efficiently and accurately
Must be honest, ethical, and have a positive personality
Must speak and write english at an idiomatic level
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial copywriting for investment or financial services firms.
Bachelor`s degree in liberal arts, journalism, english, marketing, or related field
Responsibilities:
Write near-daily market commentary and analysis
Write on longer-term investment topics and news items impacting the financial markets and economy
Write short articles for websites, social media platforms, and other media outlets
Excerpt and repurpose content for business development efforts
Develop engaging copy about the financial markets, aimed at active traders, active investors, institutional investors, and family offices
Create, proofread, enhance, and edit already written content
