Minimum requirements:
Experience operating as a director or people manager in a contract services organization
Experience communicating directly with clients, including as an escalation path
Experience, passion, and pride for modern development practices, including unit tests, integration tests, automated builds, retrospectives, and iterative project management techniques
Experience mentoring and coaching a team of developers
Strong working knowledge of embedded systems
Experience creating and championing company goals and projects
Preferred experience:
Senior-level firmware development
