Fintech sales opportunity! remote in the us, prefer nyc areaUp to $250k otePrimarily account management sales (farming) but also some new sales (hunting) into hedge funds.
My client was founded 6 years ago and is experiencing explosive growthThey identify, screen, license, clean, and analyze alternative data to help hedge funds, institutional investors and corporations answer their key questions.
They are looking to add an experienced business development executive to their team who will act as a main growth driver to position their must-have products within their base of active clients.
Responsibilities:
- effectively managing the commercial relationship with current clients
- developing rapport with key decision makers and identifying upsell opportunities,
- running the sales process from the beginning to the end and negotiating enterprise agreements.
- you will create advocates for their products and constantly assist clients in finding answers to their key questions by collaborating closely with their client strategy, research, and data product teams.
Requirements:
- you have at least 5 years of experience in subscription sales in a fast-paced environment with a short sales-cycle
- you have successfully introduced a complex product to new customers
- you have negotiated large and complex agreements
- you are excited about the integration of data and financial analysis
- bonus points if you had sold research/data or enterprise technology solutions into hedge funds or have experience at places like glg, alphasights, etc.
