Full job description
Level 1: 5+ years of experience leading competitive bidding processes (request for proposals, request for information, invitation to bids, etc.) and contract negotiationsMust have experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to government agencies; relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goalsExperience with large integration programs/proposals, and best value contracting is a plusCertified texas contract developer (ctcd), certified texas contract manager (ctcm), certified federal contracts manager (cfcm) or certified professional contracts manager (cpcm) a plus.
