E.aGraphics is a family-owned screen printing and embroidery business founded in 1975 and based in sterling heights, michiganOur state-of-the-art facility houses automatic screen-printing presses, hand presses, embroidery machines, and a full service direct to garment printing departmentOur customer base is very diversified, we service clients in the resort and gift markets, schools, and corporate america, offering full service custom decorated apparel and merchandise programs.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our winning key account team for the state of ohioThe account representatives passionately represent our company and productsIn this role, the candidate will be responsible for quoting customer requests, processing orders, and assuring that deadlines and customer expectations are metThis candidate will be the primary contact for communicating between the client, production and sales working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Provide information, expertise, and guidance to clients
Perform variety of duties assigned by manager and vice president
Conduct in-person presentations to current and potential clients
Ability to handle and maintain relationships with multiple customer accounts
Prepare quotes and process orders
Maintain status of orders throughout the process to ensure timely completion
Promote a positive team environment and encourage open communication between departments
Required to work off-site events throughout the year which include evenings and saturdays primarily during peak high school sport seasons
Must be a resident of ohio
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent preferred but not required
Proficient computer skills, specifically microsoft suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to details and follow-up skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
