Job description
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and increase client relationships.
Build’s a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives.
Manages day to day client interaction, communicate effectively with clients to identify needs.
Work with the client and / or all stake holders to ensure changes are understood and approved.
Ensure solution designed meet’s internal and client expectations with respect to quality, delivery timelines and strategy.
If needed, create customized reporting for the client or team or stack holders.
Good communication skills & self-confidence are must.
Participate in root cause analysis if needed.
The setup and maintenance of windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 & r2 / 2016 server edition, domain controller, dns servers, active directory, dhcp servers, file server.
Qualifications
Experience of windows server administration, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Creating group policies and implementation as per standard procedures.
Working/ knowledge on ms sql database & its troubleshooting
Knowledge of iis and it’s services
Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility
Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills, system performance tuning.
Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Good document and technical skills.
Knowledge of cloud computing
Any application component knowledge, san, vmware is definitely a plus
Participate & contribute in it team meetings
Foster professional relationship with all colleagues by listening, understanding and responding to their needs.
Sonicwall firewall (additional weightage)
Basic understanding and knowledge on backups/restores, network operation center, monitoring system like.
