Principal responsibilities
Quickly pinpointing breakdown locations within the u.s and canada using various online mapping tools
Communicating with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors via phone and email
Coordinating with all involved parties to provide tire replacements for broken down commercial vehicles
Following detailed customer profiles to ensure product replacement accuracy and fleet satisfaction
Data entry of critical pieces of information received verbally via telephone
Job qualifications
Must be able to consistently type at a minimum rate of 40 words per minute
Must possess superior verbal, written communication skills and attention to detail
1-2 years customer service experience required
Problem solving mentality
Must have up-to-date internet (cable or fiber) and a computer that meets our requirements.

Operating system requirements
Microsoft windows 7 or 10 (no windows me, vista, 8 or xp)
