As a quality assurance engineer at ease, you will play a key role in ensuring our product meets our customers` expectations by ensuring we have a strong quality assurance programThe right candidate will quickly seek out and absorb domain knowledge, build a strong testing process with checks and balances, build out test plans & cases, execute those test plans & cases, and personally implement any technical needs necessary to implement that process.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for b2b data integrations
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Liaise with internal teams (e.gDevelopers, product managers, and end users) to identify system requirements
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a quality assurance role
Strong communication skills
Strong knowledge of software qa methodologies, tools and processes
Strong knowledge of ci/cd tools
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Bonus points for experience with performance and/or security testing
Basic experience with sql
Basic experience with qa automation tools
Qa, data validation and testing experience within health care, insurance, benefit administration, payroll or finance domains preferred
