Research and analytics: perform research and analytics to support the team lead in the creation of final opinions and recommendations for our clients.
Endeavour partners is a collaborative, collegial team that relies on independent and proactive contractors in our work providing expert technical insight and analysis on mobile development, wireless technology, cloud computing, the internet of things, and artificial intelligenceCurrently our projects are focused on how mobile technology is developed, how it is evolving in the supply chain, and the implications of 5gAdditionally, we are examining how people use mobile devices in all areas of their lives (in the home/work place, academically, for healthcare management etc) and the strategic and policy implications of that varied integration.
Our firm is actively looking for part-time or full-time contractors for at least the next few months at levels ranging from junior analysts to managers for collaboration on client projectsThe ideal candidates for these positions are self starters who are proactive, and who can identify and suggest creative solutions to answer complex questionsWorking hours are very flexible, as our team and clients are around the globe, and work is 100% remote with meetings over zoom.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Conducting primary and secondary research in areas such as mobile devices, software, and services
Constructing persuasive written arguments based on research findings
Performing competitive assessments
Reviewing and analyzing technology and industry trends
Participating in brainstorming sessions relating to client work
Assisting in client deliverable creation, including reports, graphics, and research summaries
Participating in team meetings
Candidates must have a passion for, expertise in and a robust understanding of the key technologies mentioned aboveThis contract assignment is ideal for recent graduates with a technology discipline, or experienced hires who have worked in technology and are looking to learn more about the intersection of business and technology, but are still seeking an element of technical focus.
Requirements:
A passion for technology - its current and future applications, and its evolution
Detail-oriented and experience working on complex, multifaceted projects
Well-informed and curious about mobile, digital, and related sectors
Ability to move between work streams and projects easily, and to remain organized even while working with complex tasks and deadlines
Analytical, creative, and lateral thinking
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to present themselves appropriately and confidently in a business environment
Ability to be proactive and work both independently and collaboratively in a small, informal, but highly collegiate environment
Proficiency in powerpoint, word, google docs/drive; keynote is a plus
Familiarity with excel, proficiency is a plus
Familiarity with both web-based and general purpose programming languages is a plus
