Full job description
Seeking an attorney interested in practicing civil litigation in nebraska and/or iowa on a contract basis.
The position requires a j.dFrom an accredited institution and licensure in nebraska and/or iowa.
Attorney would work within diverse practice group handling insurance, commercial, employment and other litigated mattersIdeal candidate would have the ability to manage assigned cases in a collaborative environment with moderate oversightManagement of cases to include drafting pleadings for filing in state and federal court, handling written discovery, taking depositions, and handling court appearances.
Pay is hourly based upon experience.
