The position: the service projects manager is responsible for the deployment of assigned projects and will be accountable for leading the successful delivery of a service during the pilot phase or as part of a particular service offeringThe service projects manager may also have responsibility over the operational improvement of a given contract or project and will also perform the accountabilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

How you will make an impact:
Project scheduling project management
Develop protocols and standardized work instructions that will enable new pilot programs or service offering to integrate into and synergize with entrust’s current service infrastructure.
Oversee client delivery intervening in the assigned project as required.
Assign work and monitor work performance and delivery from the team members assigned to the specific service offering.
Identify appropriate resources needed, identify deficiencies or difficulties that may jeopardize the project, and adjust accordingly in order to meet deliverables.
Documents and reports according to kpis established for the project.
Support area service managers and service directors in additional tasks assigned, including recommendations based on observed performance by the team.
Identify, suggest and implement improvement measures to achieve operational excellence in projects.
Basic qualifications:
Demonstrated experience identifying operational deficiencies and developing solutions with an ability to drive issues to closure
General knowledge of oracle and business intelligence
Experience with project and service management
Experience with “lean management thinking” and “root cause analysis”
Demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization
Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% and to rotate among projects as assigned
Strong excel, word, powerpoint skills
Must be able to lawfully work within the us and have unrestricted work authorization for us
Preferred qualification(s):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science including experience with the following;
Excel macro – intermediate understanding and writing
Database – intermediate knowledge
Experience working on external customer facing projects
Experience using oracle and business intelligence
Experience with “lean management” including;
“root cause analysis (5 why)”
Creating value stream maps
Facilitating kaizen projects
Covid19 vaccination preferred
Location in the minneapolis area preferred
