Summary
The goal of the goto market operations specialist is to help drive growth through constructing initiatives and programs for the sales and demand gen teamsAs the owner and admin for critical systems related to the goto market function, you’ll play a crucial role in the execution, tracking and ongoing analysis of pipeline, campaigns, as well as customer health and support for acadis.
Responsibilities
Manage the structure, implementation, execution and reporting of all campaigns and programs
Oversee and manage all aspects of the lead-to-sales process; monitor, measure and optimize
Create and manage the process of notification and automation for the sales, finance and customer care teamsSet up alerts and reports that help drive outcomes
Contribute to the development, analysis and reporting of kpis; create reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign roi, conversion rates and velocity through the funnel, and overall performance trends.
Own gtm systems (salesforce, lanefour, marketo, zoominfo & highvelocity sales), monitor and manage campaign production and optimization from top to bottom.
Create strategic nurture programs to help progress prospects throughout the lead lifecycle with informative, story-based emails and ongoing optimizations of flow and rules.
Manage the technical execution of the lead scoring program and hold quarterly reviews to solicit feedback for future improvements; drive cross-functional alignment with sales and marketing leadership.
Analyze and improve health of database regularly and create a process for governance and synchronization between marketo and sfdc.
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions with the revenue funnel from inquiry to sqo (and the stages in between).
Build elements such as emails and landing pages, and administer to wordpress
