General description
You will be interacting directly with potential candidates both via video conference as well as in writingYou would also work alongside the head of our vscreening teamYou will use our ats (applicant tracking system) and our internal documentation to guide candidates through our process from submitting a resume all the way to a final interviewAdditional hr and administrative duties as necessary.
Skills and abilities necessary for this role:
Experience conducting interviews in a remote setting
Exceptional writing skills for both candidate and client communication
Team player, ready to dive into a diverse team of talented people
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Taking ownership of action items
Ability to develop relationships with clients
Excellent time management skills
Following and creating written processes
Drive to provide exceptional quality service to our clients
A fanatical love of people and technology
Proficiency in technology such as windows 10, microsoft office, calendars, emails, and chats
Hr information:
Salary $15/hr-$17/hr, negotiable with experience
