As a solutions architect you will be responsible for communicating and executing the company’s data analytics solutions to our existing and potential clients (primarily focused on digital marketing)You will also collaborate with delivery teams to ensure quality project completionYou will leverage your experience in marketing data and analytics implementations to drive the workshops and data hackathons which includes planning and execution of all related activities like planning, managing resources and mentoring participants.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and execute the company’s data analytics solutions, specifically in marketing analytics, to our exciting customers and prospective clients
Manage existing and new clients and work alongside sales team to drive solution sales
Create new digital analytics strategies, process improvements, analytical frameworks, share expertise, mentor and continually improve the overall client engagement
Support management team in business development initiatives – expanding solution portfolio and offerings
Serve as a technical consultant to clients
Surface key problem statements and dependencies among technical and non-technical stakeholders and define limitations for execution of data/analytical solutions
Work with cross functional teams at the client side
Collaborate, manage relationships with business stakeholders, communicate insights and conduct detailed domain specific workshops
Direct and manage end to end analytics project lifecycle including – defining project deliverables, kpis and test requirements
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure quality project completions and oversee delivery
Design and suggest relevant analysis to meet business requirements
Engage business partners to ensure solutions are appropriate for existing business processes and specific level of readiness
Develop new supply chain/procurement analytics solutions in collaboration with operations and sales teams
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in industrial engineering, analytics, or related field
8+ years of industry experience to include creating visualizations that enable rapid interpretation of complex problems preferably in marketing or consulting environment
Experience in implementing marketing analytical solutions
Knowledge in the application of statistical methods
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong data visualization and coding skills
Experience working with big data
Strong communication skills
