Evercommerce is seeking a senior financial analyst to join our finance teamReporting to the director of finance, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support for a portfolio of companies (5-7 brands)

The evercommerce team is distributed across north america, with more than 40 office locations in the u.sAnd canadaWith a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zonesThis role can be based anywhere in the united states – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
Some key responsibilities:
Monthly reporting – budget vs actual, flux analysis, providing insights into key business drivers, etc to be supplied to the presidents/gms and corporate fp&a team
Management review of monthly financials for portfolio companies
Leading annual business planning and budgeting process with operational leadership and the evercommerce executive team
Supporting quarterly forecasting
Support strategic business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis, including ad-hoc modeling, analysis and presentations.
Identify and support operational improvements in conjunction with health services leadership team
Supporting evercommerce m&a activities though operational integrations
Development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the presidents/gms
Billing system migration support
Position requirements:
4+ years corporate fp&a or operational experience
Experience supporting/partnering with operational leaders, i.eCeo, general managers in the technology sector; software experience a strong positive
Solid understanding of gaap, specifically cash to gaap conversions and revenue recognition
Large public company / multinational corporation experience preferred
Excellent excel skills and experience with erp (netsuite) and billing systems; revenue management and crm systems a positive
Self-starter with a drive for excellence, ability to build strong working relationships, and a proven ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Very strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
Comfortable working independently / remote

Compensation: the target base salary for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year, plus eligible bonus, for denver and most remote locationsFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above .
