We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role in our growing teamYou’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing listing documents, coordinate photography and other listing-related services, and enter/manage the listing in the mlsYou’ll also generate reports to display sales activity and assist with other tasks needed to get home soldOur ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smileIf you love the idea of stepping into a versatile role and working closely with others, start your application today!
Compensation:
$42,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
Completing all listing docs for sellers
Coordinating and scheduling photography
Coordinating and scheduling signs
Drawing up and sending out price change/extension addendums
Managing all aspects of listing in mls
Work as part of a team that includes, listing agent, transaction coordinator, and marketing assistance
Qualifications:
Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using excel
Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
Ca real estate license is preferred, but not required
Prior mls experience is required
