Full time remote call center agent in complex customer service & travel insurance

Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls from customers that have questions or want to file claims on the travel insurance they have purchased
Hours of operation: m-f, 7am - 9pm cst
Paid training: yes - m-f, 2 weeks classroom, m-f, 1 week nesting
Hourly rate: $12.25 training $13.25 production
Requirements: agent schedules must be clear for first 90 days + drug test required
Computer provided after orientation.
Experience in a work from home environment a plus.
Must have access to a computer for the 1 day orientation and a hard wired internet connection of 20mbps download/ 10 mbps upload.
Agents must provide a 21inchScreen monitor and usb headset by training.

Previous experience in customer service is required.
