We are hiring a manager, accounts payable to own and manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for the companyThis position will play a critical role in ensuring that all company expenditures are carefully vetted and approved in accordance with company policies, that adequate controls are in place, and vendors are paid in a timely manner.

What you`ll do:
Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring that all company expenditures follow company policy and vendors are paid timely
Manage the accounts payable team, setting short and long-term goals for both day-to-day and long-term success
Work cross-functionally and with third party consultants to enhance the current process, inserting controls where necessary, and automating processes where able
Ensure quality control over all accounts payable transactions and related financial reporting
Maintain accurate and complete vendor records
Manage the annual 1099 process
Oversee and improve upon the current purchase order and vendor onboarding processes
Build and maintain relationships with employees and vendors
Ensure timely payments of all vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Act as a liaison for the accounting department with other departments and externally in order to solve accounts payable disputes and answer accounts payable questions
Complete month-end close reviews and reconciliations, booking corrections as needed
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
4-5 years of procure-to-pay/accounts payable experience
2-3 years supervisory experience
Extensive knowledge of procure-to-pay/accounts payable procedures
Familiarity with gaap preferred
Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills
Strong it acumen and experience with netsuite, bill.com or related accounting software
Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation
