Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Study and master the 100% proven training program
Follow the trained process, scripts, and objection handling
Use our off market listing mining for value deals
Be a valued consultant and not a salesperson to lead clients to the best real estate decision for themselves and their families
Write offers in favor of our clients
Schedule and attend inspections
Study and master the 100% proven training program

Obtain referrals and 5 star reviews
Qualifications:
A valid real estate license is required for this job
Past sales experience is preferred
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Organized and manages time effectively
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
This is for licensed real estate agents brand new or seasoned who want to sell 2-4 homes or more per month with steady leads and a process and support team for direction:
Have had some successful sales or reason to believe you can succeed
