Full job description
Are you passionate about cannabis? are you an outgoing, effective communicator? flower coIs looking for a recent college graduate, ideally with knowledge of campus life at ucla or csu northridge, to join our fast-growing team! this is a great opportunity to an entry level job in the industry!
We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working programs manager to come lead a small brand and outreach team, while working within the context of our larger growth and marketing organizationAs the programs manager, you will help build flower co’s brand recognition on and off campus through personal engagement, partnership building, outreach, canvassing, event hosting, along with much more… all while backed by a central teamYou’ll even get to hire your own intern!
What you’ll do
Raise awareness about flower coBy developing strategies for direct, effective engagement on the campus and its broader communities
Help sign up new flower coMembers and build brand recognition
Build partnerships on and off campus with local businesses
Attend and sometimes sponsor campus and community events; post and distribute promotional materials at these events
Engage in personal outreach and canvassing
Help develop effective promotions based on feedback on the ground
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, psychology, or related program
Passion for- and knowledge of- cannabis and the cannabis industry
Social and outgoing (you’ll be meeting and engaging lots of people, all of the time)
Knowledge of ucla or csu northridge campus and community
Social media, marketing, or sales experience are plusses, but not required
