As a recruiting manager, pathway programs you will develop, drive and execute strategies to support hiring for our global teamsThe incumbent will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters and sourcers through the entire recruiting life cycle, while also working closely with our business leaders to drive inclusive recruiting practices and strategyThe recruiting manager will focus on exceptional experiences at scale, as well as unlocking people and technology every step of the wayAs a member of the pathway programs management team, you’ll work closely with our hiring managers and recruiting team members to develop creative strategies to uncover talent globallyWith diversity as a key focus, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies within our specialized technology pillarWe`re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience from the initial reach and all throughout the candidate process.
Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
Collaborate with key business leadership partners to understand future growth plans while highlighting diversity and inclusion programs
Ensuring recruiters and sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics
Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet fb business objectives
Creating innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Support and manage all aspects of team`s searches including resourcing, forecasting, reporting and managing competing expectations
Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team`s rapid growth
Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of recruiting positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
Drives diversity recruiting strategy and impacts results in support of broader teams
Responsible for team, goals, delivery and people planning to meet both short term and long term goals
Champion recruiting process improvements and recruiting tool enhancements
8+ years of recruiting experience and/or program management experience
4+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
Experience with diversity, inclusion and equity recruiting or programs experience
Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
Experience managing requisition-style searches and filling niche roles
Experience in program or project management
University or early talent recruitment experience preferred
Recruiting experience in the high tech space such as ar/vr, data sciences, data engineering & analytics
Experience managing teams of 4+ direct reports
