Family first funding llc is currently seeking a marketing coordinator to join our hackensack branchThe ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative-minded person that will ensure a smooth and efficient event process from start to finishKey skills for this role include superior customer service, communication and time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentThe candidate must have the ability to travel throughout new jersey for some events and meetings.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assisting in the planning and executing of company events (may require travel and occasional evening hours)
Providing training to loan officers on the company`s marketing resources and programs
Supporting the srMarketing associates with day-to-day tasks, which may include:
Creating/editing databases or forms
Scheduling social media content and engagement
Completing basic graphic design requests
Supporting with ad hoc marketing related projects as needed
Training will be provided for all programs utilized by the marketing department.
Requirements:
Self-starter and independent worker
Organized and able to prioritize simultaneous projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong positive attitude, upbeat energy, team-player mindset
Proficient in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
Knowledge of adobe creative suite a plus, canva (illustrator, indesign, photoshop)
