Fantauzzi management group (fmg), a customer-service startup company, is experiencing an incredible expansion of its businessAs a result, fgm is looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven leader to develop strategies and lead a group of people to successful implementation of online and ecommerce projects.
Reporting to the ceo, the fractional director of operations, ecommerce, will develop unique innovative approaches to business which meet consumer needs and expand our online presence.
This position is part time 20-30 hours per week to start.
In this position you will
Provide leadership and coaching to an ecommerce team
Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy, ensure the online growth strategy aligns with the company’s business strategy and corporate priorities
Create and manage of sops and kpis
Monitor the key drivers of sales and gross profit margin including traffic, average order value, funnels, and conversion; ensure teams are on track to meet or exceed business goals
Identify, quantify, and execute best practice process and cost improvements
Leverage site analytics to monitor performance and guide actions
Initiate strategic enhancements/upgrades with business systems and workflows which will improve process and efficiency
Identify innovations which can improve the brand site experience and work with relevant parties to execute
Manage milestones, deadlines, and scheduling for multiple projects, ensure the team is kept up to date on decisions, progress and changes
Communicate to executives and other key stakeholders the strategies driving ecommerce and provide the vision and roadmap for future growth
Ensure effective communication of all ecommerce initiatives, ensure consistent understanding of the rationale and expected results for each project.
Who you are
You have a degree in business or equivalent experience
Experience
More than 5 years experience as a director of ecommerce
Experience leading teams and projects to successful completion
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze complicated and detailed data to drive insights and decisions
Ability to develop and implement successful ecommerce sales and marketing strategies
Innovative, driven, and forward thinking
Effective and positive leadership and communication skills
Language(s)
English – fluent
Working environment / location
Remote 100%, located in usa, florida would be awesome, but not necessary
