Education requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; a career-minded approach with a desire for ongoing professional development; education benefits available
Experience requirements
1-year experience working in customer service/sales using a consultative approach, with a sincere desire to build customer/member loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building and resourcefulness
1-year experience working in financial services, preferably in the service of business owners and/or premier high-asset clientele
At least 1 year working with deadlines and/or in a high-production environment where prioritization is necessary to meet volume requirements
Additional compensation
This position is eligible for a bonus based on company and individual performance
Physical actions
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: view computer screen, up to 90% of the timeSit for long periods, up to 90% of the timeTelephone communication, up to 90% of the timeBending/stooping to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally, up to 5 % of time.
Physical environment
Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
