Retail merchandising recruiter
Field force merchandising is currently hiring experienced part time retail merchandising recruiters
Primary duties and responsibilities
Attract, source and screen applicants using a variety of innovative platforms, including social networking and direct sourcing.
Develop a customized candidate search strategy based on specific job opening.
Continuously and proactively build a candidate pipeline.
Aid new hires by answering questions concerning paperwork completion and negotiate hourly wage rate.
Requirements:
Retail merchandising, recruiting or customer service experience preferred.
Must be highly organized and can efficiently operate from a home-based office.
Strong knowledge of microsoft excel, word & outlook.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to influence and build positive relationships at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple geographies.
