Employment: full-time, commission + daily bonuses + $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days active
Our primary job is to assist people who are struggling with credit card debt and enroll them into a program that will eliminate their debt within 18-24 monthsWe are not a debt collector or debt settlement company, however, experience in these sectors is an advantageOur company offers 100% in-bound calls that have been vetted and are ready to speak to you about their individual situation.
We are looking for professional and experienced call center sales professionals who have the drive and self-motivation to be successful in this industryYou must be high energy, money motivated, and financially savvy and you must care about helping people who need our servicesYou must have great attention to detail as you will be doing data entry and contract preparation.
Duties:
--conduct debt counseling sessions for clients that seek education and assistance in resolving their credit card debt.
--ability to educate consumers regarding financial options and convey the benefits of the recommendations provided; also must be able to convey the consequences of the client not taking action.
--must be flexible and able to adhere to scheduling via call center environment and based upon the needs of the client base.
--maintain and service existing client base, including follow up.
--accurately and consistently document client information into proprietary crm operating system----handle client concerns without delay, assuring full resolution.
Skills/requirements:
-must have five years direct to consumer sales experience
-at least 1 year in consumer debt sales ideal.
-excellent customer service, communication, computer, and organization skills.
-prior experience in debt counseling, finance, or related degree preferred.
-must sound good on the phone and speak with clarity.
-must be willing to make outbound calls to follow up with your clients.
-must have basic understanding of computers/ typing / microsoft outlook.
-must have basic knowledge about credit cards, interest rates and debt calculation tools.
-strong team player.
-bi-lingual a plus.
Pay:
We spend a lot of money in marketing and expect our employees to work hard and expect you to do the sameThe top 25% advisors of the company make over 12k/monthThe middle 50% of the company make 9k-11k/ monthThe bottom 25% of the company make 6k-8k/ monthWe pay weekly via direct depositDaily/weekly contests for extra bonus money too!
Ideal candidate: energetic, customer service oriented, good phone voice, likes to help people, patient, great listener and positive.
Individuals who do well: debt settlement advisors, debt collection / tax settlement, banking professionals, call center sales professionals.
Hours required:
Monday - friday from 8am-5:00pm.
