The recruiting team is focused on bringing the best talent globally to firebolt to enable us to execute on firebolt`s visionThe team is based across the us and emea and is responsible for building deep partnerships with our hiring managers and executive teamWe establish strong recruiting foundations, trust and equitable interview processes while moving quickly and delivering a great candidate experience.

What we’re looking for*
The technical sourcer will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of technical talent for all our us r&d rolesThis role will partner closely with our recruiters, hiring managers and leadership to develop our sourcing strategies, and to ensure that all candidates have a great candidate experienceThis role will require a strong foundation of sourcing techniques and creativity to find and build diverse pipelines of top talent.

What you’ll do: *
Find, engage and attract passive and active candidates through the use of boolean, linkedin and alternative search techniques
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools
Partner with recruiters and business leaders to identify and understand the position`s impact and technical requirements
Use and test various platforms and tools to source the best candidates all over the globe
Play an essential role advancing a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive firebolt through our hiring practices
Requirements:
Must have:
4+ years experience sourcing for technical roles with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
Track record of building technical teams for fast paced startups
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, specifically for r&d positions
Experience partnering with hiring manager and other stakeholders to establish robust sourcing strategies
