What does an outstanding contact center associate do?
You will take inbound calls from banking and merchant customers, answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issuesWe want our customers to receive a wow experienceWe want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customerUse your great verbal and written communication skills to provide assistance to our customersDo you love providing world class customer service in open fun environment? if you answered yes, we want to work with you.
Following the completion of training and a period of time in the position on site, if you meet or exceed performance expectations, you may have work from home flexibilityAs a work from home flexibility worker, you should be able to effectively operate a computer-based phone system and have medium to high proficiency with microsoft outlook, excel and web browsers such as chrome and internet explorer, etcYou’ll also need to be comfortable entering information into appropriate computer databasesSupporting our clients will also be a fun part of your job!

Basic requirements for consideration:
Flexible schedule
One year call center experience
Work experience with internet navigation and technology.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with an online bill pay service.
Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.
Experience working in a metric driven environment.
