Compensation:
$35,000 + bonus compensation
Responsibilities:
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Qualifications:
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using crm software as part of the sales process
Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented
A professional on the phone with the ability to build a strong rapport with new people for facilitating sales
Oriented towards personal and professional development
Organized, manages time effectively, and performs follow-ups in a timely manner
Passionate about connecting people in need with helpful services and solutions
Independent and self-motivated to take extreme ownership of the role
