Job description
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team at flagship appraisals! our rapidly growing company needs you to perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company growth and organizationIf hired, you will contribute to scheduling clients for appraisal inspections and help with communications between our clients and the appraisers.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Answer inbound telephone calls
Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Work with coworkers in planning and scheduling appointments and events
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or customer service
Bonus: professional relations experience or appraisal/real estate experience
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Possess a readiness to learn and desire to improve at our fast-paced environment
Must be familiar with technology or willing to adapt
Remote customer service experience a plus!
Pay/benefits:
Bonus: real estate appraisal experience (higher pay grade)
$13-$16 per hour based on experience
5 days paid vacation
