Flexco is seeking an experienced leader and forward-thinker for the position of regional sales managerThe chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Developing sales strategies
Growing sales and market share across all product groups
Building distribution channels that support growth and overall business goals
Generating accountability throughout the sales function using lead / lag metrics
Managing and developing 10-15 territory sales employees

The flexco team is interested in you if:
Your work experience includes a minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership
Your background includes experience in industrial sales and distribution management
Previous positions have afforded you the chance to work in the selling function
You are willing to travel approximately 60% of the time
You have experience with salesforce (preferred)
