Marketing coordinator - part-time
We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our agents in accomplishing their marketing objectivesThe job is for 15-20 hours a weekAn excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideasGood english writing skills are a mustWe welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of successIdeally, this person knows florida, but the job can be handled remotely.
Compensation:
$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, seo, and analytics to keep content current
Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
Write blog posts relevant to the commercial real estate industry
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
2+ years of experience in marketing or related field
Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related majors
Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
General knowledge of wordpress
Canva, coreldraw or photoshop skills are a plus
Strong writing skills
