Overview:
We’re living in unprecedented timesMore than ever, americans need help with financial wellness: both to prepare for retirement, and to deal with the challenges of todayWe’re here to help fix thisWe do so by helping all americans build a brighter financial future, and giving them access to tools and assets ordinarily reserved for the wealthyThis summer, we’re helping people invest in cryptocurrencies as part of their 401(k), and we have plans to add real estate and shares in pre-ipo companies.
We’re looking for a mission-driven front-end engineer to help us devise and build products that help people save and navigate their financial realities.
Responsibilities:
Own the frontend systems underlying the forusall participant experience
Oversee design and maintenance of frontend architecture using react and redux
Collaborate with backend engineering, product, and design teams to spec, write, test, and deploy code that integrates with api endpoints
Here’s what we need:
Someone creative, flexible, and curious
5+ years experience coding in front end javascript, html5, and css3
2+ years experience coding in es7 with react and redux
Experience with webpack and babel
Experience with sass
Experience with writing unit tests, monitoring code coverage, and linting your code
Experience delivering a high-quality product as an individual contributor apart of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
For bonus points, you:
Are passionate about web standards
Are comfortable with storybook and styled components
Can read and write node
Can read and write ruby on rails
Compensation & benefits:
$180k for senior (8+ years experience)
$155k for mid-level (4+ years)
