Overview:
As a hr technology compensation functional analyst, the best candidate will play the role of domain expert and operating resource for the fortive’s oracle hcm cloud platform at a global, regional, and local levelIn this role, s/he will support day-to-day functional needs, process improvements, enhancements, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organizationAdditionally, you will drive technology tools in support of fortive’s annual global compensation planning cycleAs a human resources professional with strong competence for technology and compensation programs, you will closely partner with compensation and human resources professionals at all levels of the company to understand, advise and deliver high quality rewards solutions and outcomes for the business using fortive’s hr technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
Provide compensation support for enterprise compensation tools and processes (broad-based, variable, and equity).
Translate compensation programs to architect and scope functional solutions for customers, conduct deep requirements gathering and documentation, end to end testing development and execution
Work with compensation and other functional leaders, hr application managers, it, and project teams to build and run oracle hcm cloud solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus
Coordinate and handle multi-functional solution dependencies across hcm modules (core hr/org, performance, compensation, reporting and analytics, etc.)
Identify and detail enterprise requirements for the compensation hcm moduleThis includes the development and maintenance of standard procedural documentation.
Teamwork on training development and delivery
Run acquisition integrations and divestitures as needed, coordinating data flow to downstream systems
Proactively collaborate with communications and total rewards teams to ensure hcm updates are organized, well understood, and well delivered
Internalize customer insights to drive hcm innovation
Champion and lead a consumer-grade customer experience, using their insights to identify and exceed customer needs

Experience with oracle hcm cloud global configuration and support (compensation module preferred)
Sophisticated excel skills
