Full job description
Overview: the business systems analyst works with fwi all internal teams and business units to support the day-to-day functionality of all major business systemsThe business system analyst will play in integral part of reducing clicks and improving business process.
This position requires a curious mind and demonstrated technical troubleshooting skillsThe business systems analyst will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for system changes
Ensure all users have appropriate levels of access to major systems
Maintain bizops internal ticketing requests for bizops team and complete tickets within sla
Perform final qa and troubleshooting of all team-built solutions, peer review
Deliver technical training sessions for new features within systems
Support and learn from salesforce and netsuite administrators
Help create salesforce reports for business units
Maintain timely documentation per fwi processes
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a fast-paced organization
Knowledge of salesforce best practices
Experience with netsuite and open air recommended
Experience supporting month end functions
Familiarity with relational database concepts, sql, and basic sql server management
Helpful for success:
B.a/b.sIn it-related field or finance degree
Experience with microsoft visio for process flow diagrams
