What you get to do
As a member of the fringe finance team, the billing representative will serve alongside the customer success team and vendor team to create, streamline and support processes for payments, transactions and reporting each month.
Some of your responsibilities would include:
Working alongside fringe finance to perform quality control over financial invoicing, transactions and reporting each month.
Inputting payments received and following up with customers with outstanding invoices and deadlines.
Communicate with customers and collect any information needed for receiving paymentsSetting up and monitoring payment portals or platforms based on customer needs.
Learn advanced reporting techniques and utilize the data gathered to aid in better processes and provide customer solutions.
Manage vendor reporting and process payments to vendors.
What we`re looking for
Prior job experience working successfully with people and processes.
Ability to effectively diagnose problems and work towards resolution.
Experience and intermediate knowledge of excel and google sheets.
Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
The ability to effectively communicate with external parties to answer questions.
