Roles and responsibilities
Work on solar and energy storage project sites with specific project duties 20 -25% of the time to ensure connectivity with the team & understand on-going challenges
Ensure customer & project non-conformances are recorded in the official database, track & improve customer responsiveness by faster issue resolution by removing road blocks and driving deeper root cause analysis (rca)
Lead project root cause analysis for critical/recurring issues/areas with high margin erosionPrioritize using copq metric.
Manage customer satisfaction improvement program (net promoter score/surveys)
Coordinate/support internal audits to ensure hybrids project management processes are sustained
Act as a liaison to capture voice of customer, gemba realities and share it with the rest of the organization espDuring the problem definition stage of critical rcas.
Support/lead kaizen lean initiatives as necessary
Liaison with engineering/product management teams to work on ideas to improve design, project execution and cost reduction
Required qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and or relevant years experience
Minimum of 3 years in epc/projects exp.
Ability and willingness to travel 30% of the time
Desired characteristics
Project management/site experience/software/controls/ ge legacy inverter/energy storage systems experience.
