Full job description
As the first full-time marketing hire at gpx intelligence, you will play a key role in creating our brand voice and developing and executing a marketing plan across multiple channelsYou will oversee the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives to meet growth objectivesAs a very early member of an early-stage team, you will be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day executionReporting directly to the founder/ceo, this is a rare opportunity to help an early-stage, rapid growth company in a quickly evolving space.
Responsibilities include:
Develop content marketing plan and goals and execute against both
Big picture focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience, from acquisition to referral.
Grow brand following through content creation, email marketing, and social media
Perform market research to understand messaging effectiveness to evolve our brand and marketing touchpoints
Develop product marketing, positioning, and buyer personas for new or existing products.
Develop organization and grow/ develop team across functions to deliver against marketing goals with scaled, multi-channel, integrated programs.
Support sales team via marketing and sales collateral
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience at a fast-growing b2b company.
Articulate storyteller, must be able to both speak and write with passion and clarity
Background in inbound marketing, marketing operations, strong analytical skills
Can set up marketing automation to acquire, qualify, and nurture leads via paid media & content funnels.
Experience working across a wide variety of marketing channels including media, influencer marketing, and content within a startup environment with limited resources
Excited about rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Experience with active campaign a plus
Experience with analytic platforms a plus
