The gsv summit is seeking an experienced event professional to provide meeting planning and attendee support for the asu+gsv summit 2022, which is a hybrid event that will take place in san diego, april 4-6 and virtually.

What we need:
F&b order management
Meo and room planning
Room block management for primary and overflow hotels during planning and reconciliation
Administration of scholarship program including invitations through cvent, attendee follow up and travel management with travel agency vendor and hotel partners (approximately 400 attendees are a part of this program)
Vendor management
Temp staff management
Staff schedule
Orientation guide
Uniform orders
Coordinate with vendor (cvent) on registration management
Creation and submission of ancillary av orders
Liaison with production partner
Transportation vendor management and orders
Vip logistics management
Health and safety vendor management
Who you are and what you have:
Cmp is preferred.
3-5 years of experience planning and executing large-scale in-person events.
Event technology expertise with cvent is required.
Knowledge of spreadsheet applications excel/google sheets
Availability to attend all planning meetings
Ability to travel to san diego for a site visit in january 2022 and for the in-person event on april 4-6, 2022
Project management experience and great attention to detail.
Note - we anticipate this role will be a full-time commitment from november 2021-april 2022Typical hours are in the central time zonePossibility of fte post 2022 event.
