Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of company intranets and computer systemsIt includes installing antivirus or malware protection software, responding to employee concerns, or drafting documents to help employees use computer systemsCoordinates with company leadership to determine new technologies that could enhance the company’s computer systemsThis position will be located in the greater atlanta area.

Responsibilities
As a system administrator, you will be responsible for provisioning, installing, configuring, and providing maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
This position will be responsible to travel to any acquired company to facilitate their transition to our networkThey will coordinate and manage the transition from beginning to end with multiple on-site visits possibly necessary.
Survey all new/remote locations to determine hardware/software/personnel needs
For each transition they may be responsible for tasks including setting up new network, configuration, and distribution of new workstations/servers, vm creation, end user training.
Must work with local it support for assistance in migrations
Participates in technical research and development to promote innovation within the infrastructure environment
Assists project teams with planning and technical issues, as well as defining needs, benefits, and technical strategy of projects
Provides support and technical assistance to operational staff, support staff, and development teams, as well as all system users if needed.
Manage windows server, active directory, microsoft exchange online, vmware, san storage, microsoft onedrive, microsoft office 365, sql server.
Demonstrates ability to provide required maintenance and maintain system documentation.
Back up/assist network administrator
Configure, monitor, and manage backup software
Configure, monitor, and maintain servers
Configure, monitor, and maintain patch management program
Configure, monitor, and maintain network security program
Configure, monitor, and maintain anti-virus program
Configure, monitor, and maintain workstation images.
Technical knowledge of current networking hardware (routers, switches, access points, etc.),
Knowledgeable of requirements for providing redundant and high available systems where necessary.
Administering/maintaining server and storage hardware and operating systems
Network security
Troubleshooting active directory replication and exchange server configuration
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required skills/experience/education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Microsoft mcse and cisco ccna preferred
Working knowledge of cisco router configuration, switch configuration
Work with staff requires interpersonal skillsThis is normally acquired through a combination of a bachelor`s degree and three years of application experience.
Extensive knowledge of microsoft technologies including but not limited to active directory, microsoft exchange, office 365, azure, sql server, sccm, onedrive and intune required
Three years of applicable experience required.
