Basic qualifications : bachelor’s degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or master`s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

In this leadership role, you’ll be a blend of traditional business analyst and systems analystYou’ll use your technical expertise to consult and collaborate with business leaders, it staff, and other third parties to develop, deliver, and optimize business capabilities and information technology systemsYou’ll often act as integrated team lead and facilitate small projects or initiativesYou’ll investigate and evaluate alternatives for, and assess feasibility of, improvements in information, technology, process, and/or organizational systems and develop recommendations and business case rationales for investment in new or enhanced solutionsThe senior advanced business systems specialist will support and/or facilitate the development and delivery of solutions leveraging knowledge of: business end-users, stakeholders, goals, requirements, current and desired future states.

What you bring to the table:
A bachelor’s degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or master`s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Exhibits significant knowledge on how it solutions are constructed and specific business systems knowledge
Prior work experience as a business analyst or systems analyst capturing, analyzing, and translating business requirements, specifications, processes, and business cases strongly desired
Broad expertise or unique knowledge of systems and/or business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools
