The role:
The product department at glorious llc is looking for a hardware project manager i to join our teamThis is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing companyThe position requires the ability to plan, manage, and oversee various projects of the company to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within scope.
Primary responsibilities:
Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Setting appropriate due dates for tasks
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Work with suppliers and manufacturers to set deliverables, priorities, and milestones for projects
Work with internal teams (product management, logistics, design, etc.) to coordinate tasks needed to hit key project milestones
Manage multiple projects across different categories to ensure optimization of resources across them
Develop an effective relationship with all internal and external stakeholders, e.gSuppliers, manufacturers, and other business areas
Own the outcomes of and manage the day to day delivery of activities
Provide regular updates and use project management software to communicate them
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Requirements
These must be met to be considered for this role:
Relevant bachelor`s degree
At least 2-4 years of project management experience
Experience in the hardware industry is highly preferred
Certified associate project manager (capm) or project management professional (pmp) certification preferred
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Strong ability to learn and move quickly under pressure
Can work independently, prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Very analytical and extremely organized
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Ability to forecast accurately due dates and timelines for tasks and projects
Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions
