Got it is looking for a motivated and organized operations associate to join our expanding operations teamIn this position, you’ll juggle numerous items, own and drive initiatives, and be challenged to formulate unique solutions to unforeseen problems.
As an operations associate you will build and grow a large team of high quality experts from across the globe and manage the slas and user satisfaction metrics to ensure that got it users have a great experience on the platform.

The core job
Build and grow a large pool of high quality knowledge experts from across the globe - be responsible for hiring, training and managing quality for our expert community.
Identify and drive performance improvement projects based on your own observations and insights, heavily utilizing sql queries to pull relevant data, turning them into insights
Help design and deliver training content and programs to the got it expert community by interacting regularly with experts from all over the world via chat, email, and webinars
Help contribute to our data driven culture! create, manage and report on data within the team to drive initiativesIdentify key metrics and kpis.
Present, pitch, and motivate others in the team and company through daily and weekly standups
You should have
Ba / bs from a top tier school
1+ years working in a fast-paced operations or analytics role
Hustler personality, someone who takes initiative with a natural drive to get things done
Data-driven mentality with comfort organizing unstructured datasets to identify trends
Solid proficiency with ms office suite, fluency with web-based tools (google slides, survey monkey, mailchimp, etc)
Extra bonus points for
Experience working with fast-moving, agile startups
Experience writing sql queries from scratch
Previous experience or an innate passion for the education sector
